Inspired by the Sputnik satellite of the Space Race,
this desk fan is more of a functional sculpture
element. In keeping with the technology theme, I
decided incorporate an impeller rather than simple
fan blades. All major components are made from
aluminum billets with an option for powder coated
finishes.
